Abbey Cosmetic Clinic is a new clinic specialising in cosmetic skincare for its clients.
Abbey Cosmetic Clinic is based in Abbey House Medical Centre in Navan, Co. Meath. All Treatments carried out within the clinic are performed by fully qualified doctors and nurses, who have received specialist training and certification in cosmetic skincare procedures.

WRINKLE INJECTIONS
Wrinkle injections consist of a naturally occurring protein. The protein works by weakening muscles that cause wrinkles. Used in its purified form, in tiny amounts, injections of the protein relax muscles, lessening the appearance of frown and forehead lines and crows feet. These are the dynamic lines of facial movement. Injections are not suitable for wrinkles caused by age or sun exposure.
Wrinkle injection treatments are simple, quick and safe.
At your first visit, the doctor will have a detailed discussion with you so that your expectations of the treatment are clear and realistic. You should allow an hour for your first visit. Thereafter visits are much shorter – 15-20 minutes. There is minimal down-time and you can go back to work or resume your usual activities immediately afterwards.
Improvements can be expected to last 3-4 months with longer lasting effects generally expected after several treatments.
SKIN PEELS
Our superficial skin peels use lactic, citric and salicylic acids to give an immediate brightening effect with improvement in skin tone and reduction of fine lines. There is minimal downtime. A course of skin peels delivers the best results and can be combined with medical microdermabrasion for maximum benefits.
MEDICAL MICRODERMABRASION
Medical microdermabrasion uses a highly controlled flow of fine, medical grade crystals to remove the dead, outermost layer of skin. This skin exfoliation process reveals the new living cells that are soft, smooth and receptive to nutrients

Treatments take 20-30 minutes. The best results are seen by having a course of 5-10 treatments at 1-2 week intervals. Maintenance treatments can then be repeated every 1-3 months. There is no down-time and clients can return to work immediately.
AGERA ‘MEDICAL FORMULA’ SKIN TREATMENTS
Agera medical formula skin treatments are the result of ten years of research. They use tiny particles called nanosomes to deliver specific anti-aging ingredients to the deeper layers of the skin.
